Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Make it STOP!

On Christmas morning, Troy and I were trying to load the car to go visit the family. We live at the mouth of Rose Canyon, so when it snows it also blows. We can't ever measure how much has accumulated due to the fact everyone else's snow blows down to our end of the street.
We made it out of the driveway and thought we were in the clear. Funny huh. We had no idea how deep the snow was out on the street. WE WERE STUCK! We worked on it for a while with no progress. Luckily we live in a neighborhood with quite a few contractors. There were a few guys with plows mounted on their trucks and many neighbors pushing and finally we were out. Then off to help the rest. We found it ironic that Troy's company makes and sells plows of all sizes and we were depending on the people that had bought them for help. I have a felling we will have one on our truck soon.

When we returned home that night we were amazed. We couldn't get in our driveway with out snow blowing. Luckily Troy had Tim Taylor syndrome last year when he bought the snow blower and bought a huge one. I think after two years of snow like this we have decided that this is how it is going to be. We thought last year was a fluke. Maybe not.
